2026 marks the 30th anniversary of the Pokémon series. The “original companions” hold a special place in the memories of players across the entire series. Bulbasaur, Charmander, and Squirtle are the original Kanto Starter Pokémon and iconic symbols of the Pokémon IP, serving as the visual core of the entire product line. The full set of 9 special cards was exclusively illustrated by renowned international artist Saboteri. These are exclusive limited-edition original artworks for the Simplified Chinese Pokémon market, with no Japanese or English original reproductions available, making them rare (IR) cards unique to the Simplified Chinese edition.
2. Artwork Collage Easter Egg: Combining the three cards from the same region forms a complete panoramic illustration (Kanto Edition = Bulbasaur + Charmander + Squirtle triptych). This is a key highlight for collectors. The full set of 9 cards is divided into 3 regions, each featuring a set of three cards that form a complete illustration.
